WORKING WITH THE US
CONCEPT DESIGN
In response to your brief, we will create a concept scheme.
It consists of digital mood board with colour scheme, inspiration images, furniture layout, window treatment, lighting, flooring, suggestions for furniture and accessories.
This service is our most popular and suits best if you are happy to be hands on, order samples (paint, fabric, materials) and implement the design yourself, at your own time and pace. We will provide you with the detailed list of all suggested design elements with web links.
One layout plan/sample board revision is included.
Single room concept design starts from 460£.
DETAILED DESIGN AND SPECIFICATION
For bigger projects, once the concept is approved, we can offer Detail design and Specification services. Based on your needs, we will provide:
A Scope of Work
Drawings, 3D visuals and lighting plans
Quotes from contractors
Samples of materials, paints, fabrics
FF&E specs for furniture, lighting and finishes
Schedules and specifications for the decorators, electricians, plumbers
IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION
Based on your requirements we can:
Liaise with specialist sub-contractors: carpenters, electricians, plumbers, decorators, curtain makers
Arrange orders, organise and inspect delivery of supplies
Provide supervision during the work-in-progress stage and snagging.
Book this service at £40 per hour (min. 2 hours).
CONSULTATION AND DECLUTTERING SERVICE
Sometimes, even a small change can make a huge difference to a troublesome area. This particular service offers the perfect way to bring out the best of any space without having to make any major alterations.
We can help you to address any of your interior design dilemmas i.e. optimising space, deciding on paint colours, choosing accessories, creating cohesive art walls, sourcing fabric for the window treatment, decluttering or styling a rental property.
